5 YouTube Videos That'll Cheer You Up

They say that laughter is the best medicine, and I have to agree. It occurs in the majority of my most favorite memories. Some of my giggles come from YouTube videos, and I wanted to share some with y'all:

1) Debbie Downer: Disney World - SNL

I first heard of this video through Amy Poehler's memoir, Yes Please. She claimed it could cure depression, but it's at an Ohio family's expense. Poehler, Jimmy Fallon, Rachel Dratch, Fred Amisen, and Horatio Sanz are portraying characters eating at a Chef Mickey-esque restaurant before they hit the rides. All but the aptly-named Debbie (Dratch) are all talking about the fun they're about to have. Debbie only gets joy out of mentioning the most depressing facts which, ironically, causes all the actors to break out of their characters. 

2) MightyDuck and MightyMom vines comp.

MightyDuck was well-known on Vine for his funny interactions with family members and friends. One of them was his mother, and her reactions make her equally as hilarious as her son. Basically, this video is a compilation of MightyDuck pranking and scaring MightyMom. Every once in a while, she has her revenge. But my personal favorite bit is "They followin' me mom..." "WHO... WHO'S FOLLOWING YOU?!" *Keys jingle* "The bugs." "THE BUGS?" 

3) Doing My Makeup Horribly To See My Mom's Reaction *MUST WATCH*

As you can see in her username, Jessika is also a prankster. As you can see in the title of her video, she pranks her mother. Jessika pretends that she replicated Rihanna's look and that she loves it. Mama Red, understandably, does not. Jessika claims she looks like Cinderella, and that her mother is just hating and being jealous. Mama Red argues that she's not a hater, not jealous, and that Jessika looks like "Bentarella, bent outta shape." They argue in the car for a few minutes, until Mama Red leaves to apply her makeup horribly (and looks even worse).    

4) FUNNY DETENTION SLIPS from REAL KIDS - TOP 60 School FAILS

Alonzo Lerone reads 60 students' detention slips aloud, and his reactions are almost as funny as the stories behind the punishments. Pupils in a variety of grade levels basically cover every school rule violation, from yelling "THAT IS MAHOGANY!" (a la Effie Trinket from The Hunger Games) in the middle of class, to jumping out of the classroom window, to throwing a lamp at a classmate. 

5) Waffle House is Dirty - WE ALREADY KNEW THAT

I've never even eaten at Waffle House, and I found this hilarious. The Atlanta Journal Constitution published an article (that I, unfortunately, cannot find), stating that a local Waffle House had failed the health inspection. According to Kev, that is common sense. He then recaps all of the unsanitary situations that have occurred in front of him at Waffle House. Despite this, he is angry at the newspaper because the restaurant offers its food at low prices.

I hope that at least one of these videos put a smile on your face, even for a short moment. Anyone have any other videos to add here? I'm constantly working on this list.
